The smash burger is a popular, affordable US burger preparation method that focuses on the basics. Our 100% minced beef is formed into a ball and smashed onto a ripping hot steel griddle to maximize contact surface and trigger the Maillard reaction. Two thin slices of meat are topped with American cheese, and the philosophy is simple: two thin slices are better than a large one.

What do we OFFER?

Catering

You're having a party at home or you would like to throw a larger event for a special occasion ? Let us take care of the food and enjoy the moment with your guests ! You don't need to supply anything, our offer is all inclusive ; we will provide the kitchen equipment (plancha, tables, ...), the ingredients, plates and of course some napkins. All we need from you is a couple electrical outlet and a nice ventilated aera (outside is the easiest) to prepare our delicious smash burgers.

Events

We are also present in events like food festivals or anywhere they need food vendors. Please join us on our Facebook and Instagram page to find out if we are present during an event close to you ! We'll be happy to serve you our smash burger.

Restaurant

We believe in going slowly bur surely. We started with a skillet at home, to a steel plancha during a birthday party and now we host large events. Our dream is to eventually open a restaurant. Follow us during our journey to achieve this goal.

We offer our catering services for a wide range of events, from intimate birthday parties to larger gatherings. Our goal is to make your event even more special by providing delicious and high-quality food that your guests will love. With our services, you can focus on enjoying the moment with your guests, while we take care of the food! Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that your event is a success, and we take pride in delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences.

There are several factors that determine the cost of our services. Firstly, the number of attendees plays a significant role, as we offer a price per person based on the total. As the number of people increases, the cost per person decreases. However, for really larger events, we may need to consider additional staff and resources, which can impact the overall cost. Additionally, we take into account the distance between our operation center and the event location. If you’re interested in our services, please reach out to us via message, and we’ll provide you with a personalized quote that takes all of these factors into account.

We understand the importance of catering to different dietary needs and preferences, and as such, we offer vegetarian options for those who choose to avoid meat. We also offer halal food options for our Muslim customers. Additionally, we take allergies and food sensitivities seriously, and we are happy to provide you with a list of allergens upon request. Our goal is to ensure that everyone at your event can enjoy a delicious meal that meets their dietary requirements and preferences. If you have any specific dietary concerns or requests, please don’t hesitate to discuss them with us so we can create a customized menu that suits your needs.

Well, to be sure we are available and we have time to prepare the event, as early as possible ! We don’t have a written rule for the exact number of days we need in advance. However, based on our experience, we recommend at least two or three weeks’ notice for smaller events and a minimum of one to two months for larger events. This will give us enough time to plan, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all necessary arrangements  are in place. So, the sooner, the better !

The minimum of guest is 35. We don’t really have a maximum, if you have a really big event, we’ll take the challenge and make sure that we can offer you the best possible experience. However, it’s important to note that the number of guests will affect the overall cost and logistics of the event, such as venue size, catering, and seating arrangements. Therefore, we highly recommend discussing your estimated number of guests with us in advance so we can ensure we have enough resources and staff to make your event a success. Whether you have 35 or 350 guests, we will work closely with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs and exceeds your expectations.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel your event. If this is the case, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. In order to secure our services, we require an advance payment one or two weeks prior to the event, depending on its size. This payment covers the cost of ingredients and any additional equipment rental. If you cancel your event after the deposit has been made, we will be unable to issue a refund. This is because a portion or all of the deposit will have been used to cover the costs of the aforementioned expenses. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment or cancellation policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The timeframe for our services is largely determined by the number of guests attending your event. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we prefer to arrive at least a couple of hours in advance to set up and prepare. Depending on the number of guests, serving the food may take between 1 to 2 hours. Our priority is to serve high-quality food that meets our standards, which may require more time for larger events. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that everyone is served properly and enjoys a memorable culinary experience.
